Refunds

We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.

1. General Refund Information: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But sometimes things don't go as planned. If your item is damaged, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

2. Wrong Shipping Address:

  • If you give us the wrong address and your order is sent back to us, we can send it again. But, you'll need to pay a small fee for shipping and handling.
  • If you don't want us to send it again, we'll give your money back. But we'll keep the original shipping costs, any special processing fees, and insurance. Also, we'll take out a 30% restocking fee.
  • If we don't get the package back because it's lost or destroyed, we'll give you a 50% store credit for a new item.
  • If you gave us the right address and there's a problem, we'll send it again for free. If you want to change the address, you'll need to pay the shipping and handling fee.

3. Damaged Items: If your item is damaged, send us clear photos of the product, the packaging, and your order details. Our team will look into it and decide what to do next.

4. How to Get a Refund:

  • Items should be returned in the same condition you got them. Use the return label our customer service gives you.
  • Email us at info@warmwynd.com. Tell us your name, order number, and why you want a refund.
  • We have a 30-day money-back guarantee. But there's a 30% restocking fee. After we check everything, we'll start your refund. It might take 3-5 business days for your bank to process it.
  • Please don't send your item back to the address on the package.

5. Clearance Items: Items on clearance can't be returned or refunded. They might not come in the original packaging. We can't promise how these items will look or work.

6. Warranties: Our refund and replacement policy is good for 30 days from when your order was delivered. If it's been more than 60 days, we can't give a refund or replacement.

7. International Shipping: If you're shopping from another country, you might have to pay extra taxes or duties. This isn't included in our prices. Every country has different rules about this.
